UNA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO. El dia anterior al tour recibí un mail del guía diciendo que solo quedaban unas horas para el comienzo del tour. Llegué puntual pero allí no habia nadie, escribí al guía a traves de Guruwalk.com y me respondió "The tour is not longer exists", es decir, que ya no lo van a seguir haciendo y ni siquiera se digno a avisar a los que ya habíamos reservado
The Guru contacted us 40 minutes before the tour should have started and ask us to cancel our booking - as there were not enough people! He said there is no tour! Luckily we had internet connection at this point as otherwise we would have waited a while! Very disappointed
It was great fun! Sang was very nice and informative, we were all very comfortable and happy with her tour! Would recommend to everyone :)
Sang didnt show up. This is the 2nd guruwalk in a row where the guru didn't show up and didnt message me. I have done many guruwalks all over the world but wasting 2 days of my vacation because a guru doesn't show up,and didn't notify me, seems acceptable and unprofessional. I'm not sure that I will continue to use your services.
We got confirmation of the free walking tour but there was no response from the tour company, even though I messaged several times. Luckily, there was another paid tour running from the meeting point and guide let us join as there was no free walking tour and no one had informed us. Giving a 1 star because of the lack of response/communication from the Tour company/Guru.
