Le visite guidate CompluTour ad Alcalá de Henares e Madrid, sono nate come risultato di tutto ciò che è stato appreso durante un lungo viaggio personale e professionale nel mondo dell'interpretazione del patrimonio e delle sue applicazioni al turismo, iniziato nell'estate del 2009. Siamo un gruppo di giovani i professionisti del turismo residenti nell'unica città dichiarata Patrimonio dell'Umanità dall'UNESCO nella Comunità di Madrid. Non crediamo nel falso mito delle guide senza formazione ma in possesso di un grande "carisma", quindi la nostra variegata formazione universitaria in discipline umanistiche significa che abbiamo un team multidisciplinare che comprende laureati in storia, archeologi, laureati in turismo, ecc. , detengono tutti insieme al riconoscimento della guida ufficiale corrispondente, che ci consente di esercitare la nostra attività su tutto il territorio appartenente all'Unione europea. D'altra parte, crediamo che la storia sia noiosa solo per chi non la racconta con passione, per chi non la ama. Per questo motivo, il nostro obiettivo principale in ogni tour è imparare divertendoci.

Trini nos lo ha explicado genial. Cuenta todo de manera muy entretenida y con muchas anécdotas, lo que ha enriquecido mucho la visita por la ciudad. Ha sido tan amena que incluso a mi adolescente le ha gustado. La damos un 10, se nos ha hecho corto el tour.
Expect to pay around 10 EUR per person (including children) or be chased down the strict like a maniac. We were a party of 5, with 4 non native Spanish speakers. Trini’s pace talking was so fast and her vocabulary at times full of turns of phrase that the 4 non natives were simply walking along not following any of her explanations. After the tour I approached Trini with 10 Eur as I had followed the tour, and she replied that that wasn’t enough for 5 people. I tried to explain the reasons but she wouldn’t listen and she refused my money. Later I was walking around the city with my family and she interrupted us and in full view of everyone and earshot of my children she demanded more money. When, again, I took her aside to try to talk to her she was only interested on telling me how much it cost to be self employed and then walked away without a care to hear what I had to say.
