Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Alejandro e sono molto orgoglioso di chiamare León casa mia. Conduco tour da quasi dieci anni. Mi considero una persona poliedrica con una passione per il collegamento tra culture e la condivisione di conoscenze. Come guida turistica e interprete, prosperi nel mettere in contatto le persone con nuove esperienze e intuizioni. Fuori dal lavoro, trovo gioia nelle arti culinarie, vedendo la cucina come un altro modo per esplorare e apprezzare tradizioni diverse. La mia curiosità e il mio entusiasmo per l'apprendimento delle lingue e l'esplorazione di nuove cucine mi hanno portato a credere che il turismo consista nel coinvolgere e arricchire i ricordi di vita per noi stessi e per chi ci circonda, imparando qualcosa di nuovo da un nuovo posto un giorno alla volta. Alejandro is super friendly and took time to talk to each of us between stops which made it feel more personal. He is very smart and has a wealth of information about Nicaragua and global affairs. There is not too much to see on the tour but the stops with information and the coffee at the end were really insightful. Alejandro also provides you with pdfs afterwards via WhatsApp with lots recommendations on food in Leon&Granada and books/documentaries on Nicaraguan history which we loved! 100% recommend
Great tour, a good pace between locations broken up by sit down stops where he ran through the history of the country and a stop in the market where we got to sample some local fruit, sweets and drinks.
We really enjoyed the tour. It was really interesting. Alejandro had a lot of knowledge about the history of Nicaragua and the rest of Central America. We would recommend this tour to anybody who wants to learn more about the city of León and the culture of Nicaragua.
Alejandro is extremely knowledgeable about all things past, present, and future of Nicaragua! He kept the tour light and engaging with the perfect amount of information and sight seeing. We cannot recommend his tour enough!
