Our walk in Chefchaouen with Candelaria was a wonderful experience. From the start, she gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel like we were exploring the city with a local friend rather than a guide. She showed us the most beautiful spots and even invited us to her home for coffee, which made the experience truly special. She also kindly let us leave our bags with her until the evening — a huge help that allowed us to enjoy the city without stress. If you’re thinking about booking this walk, don’t hesitate. We arrived early as instructed and messaged the guide the day before to confirm. Unfortunately, the guide did not show up or notify us. After we contacted her, she replied saying she had a family emergency and could meet up later. While we understand emergencies happen, better communication would have been appreciated
