Excelente! O tour mais autêntico que fiz na viagem. O Bruce claramente se dedica muito pra entregar uma experiência antropológica, social e gastronômica, mostrando o verdadeiro e não turístico Peru.

This guy knows his stuff!! I love that he ties the tour into his own personal history and the history of all the subgroups within Peru. This is such a wonderful tour to gain insight into the colonial but also the current history of Peru and the direction it is moving in.

Bruce’s tour was one of the best food tours I’ve ever done. I’ve taken many food tours in different countries, but this one was truly unique and memorable. We got to try so many different dishes. When the tour started, I was absolutely starving, but by the end I couldn’t eat another bite! Everything was delicious, and Bruce did a great job explaining the history and ingredients behind each dish. I really enjoyed learning more about the city and the country through its food. The tour was fun, and took us to places that most tourists would never find on their own.I highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Lima. You definitely won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed the tour. In the end, I was the only person who participated, so I basically had a private tour. I really enjoyed it the guide Bruce is a really intelligent person who knows so much about so many things. I was really surprised.

This was a good tour with some interesting information that aimed to balance the "formal" history taught at museums and on standard walking tours with some real-world stories and more esoteric or controversial subjects. However, I would say that the tour felt rushed, finishing promptly on time after 1:45, and there wasn't really time for going into questions from the group or delving more deeply into the variety of topics covered. I'd have preferred to skip the ice cream tasting and have more time for discussion!
