Giovanni was a wonderful guide and person - his enthusiasm for New York was absolutely infectious. This is a perfect way to get yourself acquainted with the city because the guide is local, passionate and very informative. I thought he struck the perfect balance between historical fact and anecdotal snippets - giving you an insight into what shaped the city and how it functions today. He also took time to get to know all the guests and was genuinely interested in us. It felt like we were with a friend - I truly recommend this tour to anyone coming to NYC! What a fantastic tour!

We were very happy with the tour and amazed by Ian’s knowledge of the area and of how well he conducted our group. He shared many historical facts that transported back in time, but also brought insight about more recent things in popular culture. We had a diverse group of visitors and a diverse tour itself, which I thought was very fitting!

Gio, was great; he had answers to everyone's questions. Nothing stumped him.

This was a fantastic way of orientating yourself to this area of the city. John showed great enthusiasm and his experience of living in New York certainly shone through. It was a great mix of facts and history of the city, mixed with stories of people from the area and how the area was formed to what we see today. John also pulled everything together and made it easy to understand. I would highly recommend John’s tour, I enjoyed it so much I booked the Brooklyn Bridge tour on the same day!

Omar es un guía extraordinario. Hace que el recorrido sea dinámico, entretenido y lleno de contexto sobre la historia contemporánea de la ciudad. Además, aborda la historia LGBTQIA+ con mucho respeto, sensibilidad y conocimiento, mientras comparte excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar mejor la experiencia. Sin duda, es un tour que vale muchísimo la pena tomar.
