John was very informative and gave us a great overview of Newcastle including places to eat and drink.I definitely recommend the tour with John.

We met John very easily and right on schedule. We had great experience and I felt like I was falling in love with New Castle! I came here from Washington DC to meet an old friend for coffee, but I will be back soon for the sights, the theatre and, of course, some serious drinking!

The tour was a perfect introduction to Newcastle. We love to do walking tours as it is so valuable getting a run down of a place from someone who is local and loves where they live. John was interesting, friendly and very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and presented everything in a fun but informative way. Highly recommend John and would also do his Victoria Tunnel tour if we had time.
