Joana was great fun. Just the right amount of serious and humour. Comprehensive knowledge and we understand so much more about this great town. Joana, we climbed the tower today and compared chimneys on the hill and in the valley and we clearly saw the tree too! Thank you so much for an informative afternoon. Diana and Graham

One of the best tours, free or paid, I have ever been on. Joana was warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable and clearly loves her city. Her passion and enthusiasm made the whole tour that much more enjoyable. She also took us into places (St. Crisping, soap village) we would otherwise never know about.

Really excellent, friendly guide with a sense of humour and open to questions. We could have covered a bit more ground and he could speak slightly slower but it was very informative and worthwhile and he was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
