Fatih is an amazing tour guide who made us fall in love with Bursa and Turkiye. From the very beginning, he showed us the hidden jewels of the city that most tourists miss.
His knowledge of history is truly impressive. While exploring the New Museum and the iconic Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), Fatih provided explicit and incredibly interesting explanations that made the past come alive. Walking through the Grand Bazaar, he helped us navigate the culture and the heritage of the silk trade with great expertise. Because of his passion and storytelling, we didn't just see the city - we truly fell in love with the culture and the spirit of Turkiye.
The culinary side of the tour was just as spectacular. Fatih led us to incredible food discoveries, including:
- The most authentic Iskender Kebab we've ever tasted.
- Delicious, traditional Sahlep that was a highlight of our day.
- The perfect Turkish Coffee to top it all off.
Beyond the tour itself, Fatih was incredibly helpful in telling us about other amazing places to visit across the country. We are already dreaming of our next trip and we hope to come and visit again soon.
If you want to truly discover the soul of Bursa and Turkiye, you should do it only with Fatih. He is a master of his craft, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fatih is an amazing tour guide who made us fall in love with Bursa and Turkiye. From the very beginning, he showed us the hidden jewels of the city that most tourists miss.

El tour empezó puntualmente, con un ritmo de caminata perfecto durante todo el recorrido cual duro 3 horas. Fatih nos guió por las zonas clave de Bursa sin prisas. Para ser un tour a pie "gratuito", la relación calidad-precio fue increíble. Lo que realmente sobresalió fueron las anécdotas de Fatih: pequeñas joyas con encanto que aportaron calidez y profundidad a la experiencia. Recomiendo un tour con Fatih a cualquiera que visite Bursa. Nos ayudó a apreciar la ciudad y lo único que lamentamos es no haberlo hecho antes!

What more with a guide like Fatih, a local resident and really passionate about sharing his wealth of knowledge with others about Bursa; its historical background and more. We ended up taking a private tour because there were just four of us (2 adults + 2 kids) . Glad we did! Bursa is such a beautiful city with a great history. Fatih is so knowledgeable and has deep understanding on Turkiye and Bursa history. He is a great story teller, even my teen daughter engaged and listen eagerly to his story.
I think a visit to Turkiye is not complete without visiting the birth place of ottoman empire which is Bursa.
So glad that we chose to have the private tour so that we can walk it in our own pace. We ended our day with the most delicious kebab with very reasonable price, not the touristy one which I experienced cost me double.
My only regret is that due to my late arrival, we couldn't start earlier and cover more places. But Fatih made the best of our time (5 hours but gone by so fast!). He was also care enough to stay with us and make sure that we didn't end up homeless that night 😂 (I forgot to make appointment with my airbnb host on what time my arrival will be).
All in all it was a great day in Bursa and thanks to Fatih, we experienced a lot in a very limited time! When in Bursa, go and take a walking tour with him. If possible, a full day private guided tour will give you so much more. Highly recommend!
