Siena is a famous medieval city nestled in the middle of the rolling hills of Tuscany. It's a place where the echo of medieval life still resonate in the cobbleston streets.  Renowed in the world for the horse ride competition il " Palio " the origins date back to the 13th century. It's a festival tradition that occurs  twice a year, in  July and in  August, an entire community " le contrade"  partecipate at the event with devotion and sense of belonging.

The tour includes  a pleasant walk in the street food district,   free tasting of a variety of food stuff products like the schiaccia stuffed with the " affettati " smoked ham and pork, pecorino cheese , olive  oil tasting with fresh bread. All the food products have denominations of origins which are legal labels that garantee the geographical indication and unique characteristics ( PDO, IGP TSG ) .
