Free Walking Tours through the Alfama Lisboa

We went on the free tour of the Alfama district. Our guide was jack and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. The walk took us through some fascinating areas with Jack helping to fill in with historical context. He paced the walk perfectly. I have been on many guided walks around Europe and this was one of the best.

Francisco was a truly professional guide who really showcased his love for the region. Friendly, entertaining and highly sociable, he gave the group an excellent introduction to the beautiful city of Lisbon!

Very well organized tour. Maria vas interesting, passionate, talked clearly, had a microphone, which was excellent so everybody could hear her. The tour was 3 hours long, but it went by so quickly. It is a good thing, it was that long, so that we could see a lot. I recomend this tour.

Lucía explicó todo perfectamente bien. Muy profesional y cercana. Respecto a Gurú Walk, me gusta que puedan ir familias de 6 personas pero me comentaron que quizá se debería abonar previamente una señal (finalmente no fue así), pero creo que sí esto es necesario, deberían dejarlo claro una vez que se hace la reserva o cuando se vaya a tramitar. Por lo demás, muy bien.

This tour is absolutely incredible! Our guide Lia was so animated and told stories that truly made us feel and understand the history of Lisbon. There were treats and surprises along the way which made it feel super personalized. She was even so considerate to find us shade when she would be telling us about the history as it was a fairly warm day. I would reccomend this tour. Thank you Lia! You were our superhero!

Jack was amazing, very knowledgeable, approachable, funny and the coolest guide. Answered everyone's questions, managed large group like a pro. Jack made the tour one of the best we have been on.
