Lisbon vintage bikes tour

Enjoy a unique tour of Lisbon by riding a vintage bike along the Tagus river bank and discover the Portuguese capital in a new way. Manufactured between the 1950´s and 80´s and professionally restored to their former glory, this tour’s vintage bicycles are the perfect vehicle for a nostalgic trip back in time along the tranquil Tagus riverbank.

Starting at the great Praça do Comércio (Commerce Square) and continuing onward to Belém, you'll discover features such as the Monument of the Discoveries, a powerful symbol of the age of Portuguese exploration that changed the world, via a dedicated scenic cycle path. Once you arrived in Belém, you’ll have the opportunity to admire 2 UNESCO World Heritage sites: The Tower of Belém and the Jerónimos Monastery, where you’ll have time to truly admire its unique Manueline architecture.

As this tour will nurture the spirit, it’s important to also include nourishing the body. For this, the tour includes the tasting of an authentic Pastel de Belém in the city’s most famous bakery. After, you’ll continue further to pass by significant locations such as the serene Belém Gardens, the grand Presidential Palace and the highly prestigious National Coach Museum. The tour will finally conclude with a gentle return to Praça do Comércio via the dedicated cycle path previously used.
