With this masterclass you will not only learn how we prepare our paella in Costa Brava but also learn how to make any kind of paella, specially with the ingredients you have available in your area. It is an interactive experience where guests learn about the history of paella, the different techniques to prepare it and also the way we prepare it when inviting our friends and family.
