Segway Medieval Tour of Alfama and Mouraria

Step back in time and explore the heart of medieval Lisbon. Glide through the city’s most historic neighborhoods. This tour takes you through the charming, maze-like streets of Alfama and Mouraria, two of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. As you weave through Alfama’s historic alleyways, you’ll admire the Moorish-inspired architecture, colorful tiled façades, and traditional Fado music. You’ll pass by Lisbon Cathedral, the city’s oldest church, standing for nearly 900 years. Suppose you’re joining the tour on a Tuesday or Saturday. In that case, you’ll also experience the Feira da Ladra, Lisbon’s famous flea market. Your adventure takes you next to Mouraria, Lisbon’s most multicultural neighborhood, known for its diverse flavors, lively streets, and hidden Fado houses. Designed for small groups, this tour ensures a personalized and engaging experience, allowing you to interact with your guide, ask questions, and discover the untold stories of medieval Lisbon.

• Minimum of 2 participants for the tour to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a refund. • All participants must have between 45Kg and 118Kg (100 lbs. and 260 lbs.); and a minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet). • It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prostheses. • Use the Segway in a responsible way and follow the rules of the road.The use of a safety helmet is mandatory. • Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sigh a Statement of Responsibility for children up to 17years old upon arrival. • All customers with reservations must check in 15min prior to the tour start. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, their reservation will be automatically canceled without any rescheduling or refund.
