You can redeem your ticket for the hop-on hop-off day tour at the Visitor Centre located at 11 Rue Auber, 75009 Paris, France, or on any of the buses. The night tour departs from Louvre stop, located at Place du Carrousel du Louvre 75001, Paris.

Know in advance:

• Your ticket is valid for redemption on the booked date or any date before it. Upon first validation on the bus, your ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours (as per the option selected)
• Tickets for the night tour are single-use, valid on the date and time booked (validity date will be shown on the ticket). They will be provided along with the bus pass
• The night tour departs every day at 6 pm from November to March; every day at 9 pm from April to October
• The audio-guide available in English and French, Spanish, Italian, German, Brazilian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Russian on the bus devices and the Tootbus App. The partner will provide you with free earphones on board the bus
• A child-friendly audio guide is also available in French and English
