Jade is an amazing guide. She was the perfect choice to know more about Chengdu and China! I booked this tour because I wanted to learn more about everyday life in Chengdu, especially the local food and culture, and I had such a fantastic experience! Chang was an amazing guide she was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to share Chengdu with me. She took me through a very local market, introduced me to so many different foods, and explained how they’re traditionally eaten and some of the customs behind them. We also visited a Taoist temple and she shared so much about the history, traditions, and culture, which made the experience feel much more meaningful than simply sightseeing. Chang went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable and informative. I would absolutely recommend this tour and Chang as your guide, especially for anyone interested in experiencing Chengdu’s food, history, and culture.

Such an awesome way to see Chengdu at night! We had great views around the city and saw so many of the best sights all lit up. It was lovely to meet Yuan and the other people on the tour. The small group made it feel really personal and easy to chat. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to explore Chengdu's night sights!

Our guide Yuan Gu was excellent. We rented bicycles and cycled to the main spots. It was such a lovely experience.

Haoqi è stata un'ottima guida, gentile e professionale. Ci ha accompagnato nel mercato locale facendoci scoprire molto sulla cucina di Chengdu. Poi il tuor è proseguito con cerimonia del tè e corso di calligrafia. Ottima esperienza.

Really nice food experience by the guide Li zhoe, She was very kind and easy going. We try a lot of delicious things. Rabbit head the best. We chat about everything and we got some advises for the wonderfull city of Chengdu.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Siri! Ho apprezzato molto sia il fatto che abbia confermato il tour anche se eravamo gli unici due partecipanti sia il fatto che ci abbia lasciato totale possibilità di scelta se fare il tour o meno visto che il tempo non era bello. Siri parla un ottimo inglese ed è stato molto gentile e professionale. Il tour si è svolto assolutamente come da descrizione. Consigliatissimo!

Loved that the food was all the things you would never usually order. Instead of being "here's the best local noodle spot" it was "here's a form of dish you would've never heard of". We really enjoyed our tour with Yuan. Despite having walked through some of the same places the night prior, we learnt so much and felt like we exploring somewhere completely new. Yuan shared a wonderful mix of history, language, and information on local life, and it truly felt like walking around (and learning from) a local friend.

Haoqi provided an excellent walking tour with lots of professionalism and friendliness. Haoqi gave lots of great information through the market tour whilst giving us ample opportunities to interact with market vendors and query things we found to be interesting. After snacking on the food we picked up at the market, we concluded our tour by visiting a local teahouse and practising calligraphy which was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this tour to anybody interested in doing a walking tour in Chengdu. 😊

Yuan was EXCEPTIONAL in every way possible. Her energy was infectious throughout the tour and she went above and beyond to make everyone in the group comfortable and up to speed on everything she was talking about. The route she takes during this tour is beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough for this tour and also many others that she offers. She is the most kind and considerate person. We also had a couple other things come up that we needed a local’s perspective on and she made herself available to respond on messages to answer any questions. A truly memorable experience and she was a huge reason of why Chengdu felt so welcoming and wholesome to us!

Highly recommend this tour! It exceeded my expectations. Yuan is very friendly and professional. The beautiful classical Chinese garden architecture was unforgettable. We also got to experience local people’s daily life. At the end of the tour, Yuan guide me to an amazing local teahouse where I enjoyed some delicious snacks.

Il tour con Haoqi per noi è stato proprio speciale: per la prima volta durante un guruwalk abbiamo pranzato insieme con piatti locali e fatto altre esperienze! Il tour è iniziato in un mercato alimentare in cui Haoqi ci ha presentato i piatti tipici e i banchetti più interessanti e curiosi. Abbiamo poi pranzato insieme ed è stato bello continuare a ricevere informazioni sulla cultura e storia cinese intorno al tavolo! Dopo ci ha fatto scegliere se visitare un tempio Taoista vicino o partecipare, con un costo aggiuntivo e non destinato a lei, ad una cerimonia del tè e ad un piccolo laboratorio di scrittura: abbiamo scelto la seconda opzione. Ci ha fornito quindi curiosità interessanti sulla famosa cerimonia del tè e sull’arte della scrittura cinese, aiutata dalla proprietaria elegantissima della sala da tè. Ci siamo anche spostati insieme in bicicletta! Grazie Haoqi!

Jooaan ha sido una de las mayores sorpresas de todo mi viaje a China. La verdad es que me enseñó Chendú por la noche en un Tour personalizado, recorriendo por bicicleta y andando por la parte nocturna de Chendú y la verdad es que todo fue impresionante una calidad de la explicación y la personalización del Tour brillantes.
