Me encantó el tour con Ema! El es un real napolitano que conoce mucho de su ciudad y su gente, tiene un gran amor por lo que hace y por su tierra como también mucha buena información para compartir de manera clara y súper didáctica ! Es un tour que muestra una realidad actual mezclada con historia y que te ayuda a entender un poco los entramados napolitanos. Lo disfruté muchísimo y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Gracias Ema y espero nos encontremos pronto cuando regrese a esta ciudad maravillosa !

I would like to sincerely thank our guide for not cancelling the tour despite the small group size. It made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Every workshop we visited was filled with incredibly kind and welcoming people who were passionate about their craft. Through these encounters, I was able to see a side of Naples that many visitors might otherwise miss. What I appreciated most was how the tour went beyond the typical sightseeing experience. It offered a genuine insight into local traditions, culture, and daily life, making me feel less like a tourist and more like a participant in the community. I am also very grateful that this tour exists to showcase and support the artisans of the Naples region and help preserve their skills and traditions. Un tour muy interesante y variado en el que recorrimos la historia, las tradiciones y las raíces de Nápoles. Ha sido un paseo muy interesante y genuino. Hemos podido conocer y compartir momentos con artesanos y lugareños muy auténticos. Ha sido sin duda una experiencia muy bonita que repetiríamos sin duda. Die Tour ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ganz anders als klassische Stadtführungen. Sehr interessante und unterhaltsame Einblicke in die Handwerksbetriebe, aber auch die Gepflogenheiten Neapels. Emanuele macht die Tour wirklich mit Leidenschaft. Das Thema liegt ihm sehr am Herzen und das kann er gut rüberbringen. Go for it!

You will leave the tour feeling like a citizen of the Spanish quarters, and you will have avoided the classic tours that push you towards a version of the city that has been "manufactured" for tourists and profit. In addition to the amazing encounters with artisans, we had enlightening discussions with Emanuele about the history of the city, as well as its current situation, which left us thinking even after the tour was finished. El recorrido fue muyyyyy bueno, conocimos gente maravillosa que tiene proyectos increíbles... ame todo que ganas de ser aprendiz de Don Gennaro. 😊
Primero y principal: Emanuele es un capo absoluto. Segundo: el tour arrancó un poquito trabado ya que había un pequeño grupo de personas que estaban hablando y entorpecían la explicación del guia. Por suerte decidieron irse y quedamos un grupito de solo cuatro personas, lo que hizo al tour mucho más personalizado e interesante. Ahora sí: Si te esperás el típico city tour de siempre acá vas a encontrar algo distinto: un auténtico paseo por las calles de Nápoles, conociendo sus tradiciones, historias de vida, con una mirada política y social super interesante sobre como el turismo impacta en la vida cotidiana de la gente y como, desde nuestro lugar, tenemos el deber de generar un turismo respetuoso y responsable. El guia es muy buena onda, tiene mucha información y comparte puntos de vista y análisis sobre la realidad de la ciudad interesantísimos. Visitamos lugares muy muy interesantes y hasta conocimos y nos sacamos una foto con la persona encargada de restaurar el mítico mural del diego. Gracias Emanuele por la dedicación, así da gusto visitar ciudades y realizar estos free walking tour, donde te llevas una enseñanza, un nuevo punto de vista y una forma de ver el mundo diferente. Oh my what a lovely tour that was! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, the route, the laughs, the people we got to meet, the things we learned, the "message" that Emanuele tried to convey about how we as tourists can use the "power" we have for doing good! Manu is a man with a mission. He wants to show the worth of true craftmanship as an alternative to easy consumption. With his flair and very easy talking he hopes to inspire participants to be curious to real life in Napoli. He knows everybody in Quartiere Spagnoli and takes you into various artisan studios to meet the makers. Very inspiring!
Manu was an excellent guide, clearly passionate about Naples and the way travelers can experience it. Personally, he reminded me why I travel and why traveling to connect to a local culture through its food, people, and history is crucial for the soul of a place and its traditions to continue. Loved this tour and will now be recommending it as a must-do for all who visit.
Emanuele is a good ambassador for Napoli. We visited several artisans who we would never have found on our own. It was a generous and insightful view of the neighborhood and the “real” Neopolitans.
This tour, which is based across the Spanish Quarter, is an opportunity to meet local male artians, such as a tailor and jeweller. Emmanuel, the guide, is engaging as an orator - his style is like listening to an actor, and he has good rapport with the artisans. There is an opportunity to buy a magnet at the end of the tour.
It was a great tour. I don't usually take tours when I travel, since I like to wander off and explore on my own at my own pace, but it was great to see parts of Naples through the eyes of someone with many stories to share, excitement for the city, and an encyclopedia of knowledge. This wasn't a tour with profit as the driver. It was a tour to share unique perspectives and opinions on the intersection between tourism and local life. As a designer and maker, seeing a culture of mastery that doesn't seem to be revered anymore was wonderful. There's sincerity and love for the craft that feels rare during these modern times. The tour was amazing and had tremendous educational value. We got a glimpse of Naples as it truly is, not just through the eyes of a tourist. Emanuele was very engaging and didn’t try to sugarcoat or sell anything, but rather shared with us what he truly believes in. Highly recommended both for first-time visitors to the city and for those coming for the third, fourth, or even more times.

Definitivamente este es un recorrido singular, si te gusta relacionarte con la ciudad que visitas de forma no turística aquí está tu plan. Me gustaría agregar que dado el tipo de recorrido y obviamente la consciencia de la rapidez de la vida (temas que se abarcan desde el punto de vista de una ciudad) es importante llevar más dinero en efectivo del que planeas dejar como pago. Y recomiendo mucho hacer este recorrido con Emanuellle
