Arber's tour was a real treat; he shared a lot of interesting information in a very authentic and engaging way. We got a glimpse into the lives of the locals and the history of Albania, which made us love the country even more. I highly recommend it to everyone—it's definitely worth it!

La guía del tour en español fue espectacular!! Como mujer Albanesa, nos dio muchísima información útil, nos habló de la historia del país, de la dictadura comunista a la que estuvieron sometidos, nos contó cómo la vivieron sus padres en carne propia y las consecuencias que siguen generándose en las nuevas generaciones. También nos contó que su país es muy seguro para las mujeres, de la diversidad religiosa y la paz y respeto con la que conviven. Nos contó de revolución de los flamencos y con mucho amor por su país y pasión, nos contó su perspectiva como ciudadana. Al final, nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes, palabras básicas en Albanés y la ubicación de los imperdibles en Tirana. Fue maravilloso!! Además, era el día de su cumpleaños, por lo que el tour fue muy especial!

Reseñó lo de Local, por qué con la historia de Albania es fundamental que nos cuenten de primera mano la transición, cambios y la historia del país, además de vivencias personales/familiares. Aún con mucho calor, se nos hizo muy ameno y la recomendaría sin dudarlo. De los más de 10 freetours que habré realizado por el mundo, estaría entre los dos primeros.

In perfektem Deutsch hat er uns wertvolle Einblicke in die wechselvolle dramatische Geschichte und auch in die aktuellen Ereignisse Albaniens (Stichwort Flamingo Proteste) gegeben, immer in Bezug zu den jeweiligen Gebäuden und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Strecke, Wir erhielten dadurch Hintergrundinformationen, die in keinem unserer Reiseführer standen. Dazu gab Chris uns als Draufgabe noch viele praktische Tipps z.B. zu Trinkwasserbrunnen oder günstigen Restaurants. Danke Chris!
