About the Tour

It's a walk with a local friend around Puerto Vallarta's central neighborhood, plus an authentic and very filling local breakfast at a very traditional place. An immersive walk that will make you feel comfortable and confident to later keep exploring on your own. Perfect for first time visitors!

Over breakfast, you will learn some interesting facts on local culture and history and get honest and useful recommendations on food, transportation, shopping, arts and entertainment.  We will also visit a lookout, the Church of Guadalupe, the central square, the Malecon, Gringo Gulch and Cuale market and island. Beach, mountain and river included.

Breakfast is optional, but highly recommended, as it is very authentic and delicious. On the menu: birria and machaca tacos and quesadillas, chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, refried beans, fresh orange juice and great coffee. We will give you our suggestions and you decide what you want to eat. Then you take care of your check. We estimate the equivalent to about $10 USD per person for a very filling meal. Make sure you are hungry!

So, join us on a fantastic general introduction to Puerto Vallarta so you can know exactly where you are, learn your way around and find out what's happening around town, all while visiting beautiful places and meeting wonderful people.

Experience Vallarta by the hand of a proud local.

Try to book for early on your vacation. You might want to relive the experience.

Meeting point: Open in Google Maps

How to find me: We meet at Los Arcos Amphitheater, on the Malecon, by the benches. This is a very popular landmark located right across from the central square and the Church of Guadalupe. We start on time and can only wait 5 mins after the starting time. Please plan accordingly.
