Old City Free Walking Tour of Warsaw
Tour description
What a better way to get in touch with the city than to discover its old city? Warsaw locks up history and has emerged from a sea of rubble to stay alive. On a very complete walk starting next to the tower, and with your mind set on more than one well-known face of the capital of Poland, or maybe circling the enigmatic presence of the mermaid in the flirty Rynek, you will travel through the streets with more flavor of the city. We offer you to be the protagonist on the stage of what used to be two different cities. The New City is one of the treasures to admire that has nothing to do with the most contemporary architecture and, yes it is related to ... we better shut up, we prefer to explain it on the route. The climax on this route will be a huge monument, a point with great emotional charge, where we will know one of the most dramatic chapters in what were already the last blows of World War II. The tour will pass through places such as Column of Segismundo III Vasa, the Royal Castle, the Cathedral of San Juan and charming corners of the city, the Market Square (Rynek), the Monument to the Uprising and much more. Warsaw welcomes you or perhaps whispers a "see you soon" with background sounds of a very beautiful piano.
