Tour description
Our meeting point is the Convent of Santo Domingo. The oldest building in the Santo Domingo neighborhood.
We will take you on a historical and entertaining tour discovering how the city began in the 16th century and developed with the buildings and life of the 17th century in the Franciscan neighborhood. We continue our walk which will take us to the Plaza de San Pedro, with the public washhouse, hospital and parish for convalescents from the 17th century, to be completed in the 18th century with the central square, cathedral visiting its historic crypts, Calle del Arco and we end with La Merced, the last building in the city.
