This Free walking tour (1: 30.02 hours) is a fantastic walking tour of the ancient Roman Égara and Egosa íbera, Terrassa (Terrassa in Catalan) The current municipality of the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, and the capital, together with Sabadell, of the Western Vallès is only 30km from Barcelona.
We will start our tour at the Castle-Cartuja de Vallparadís (dating from the 12th century), and we will continue walking through the Vallparadís park where we will see the San Pedro bridge and the group of churches that make up the Seu d'Ègara . We will go to the Sant Jordi park to contemplate the Masía Freixà (modernist-Gaudinian style) designed by the architect Lluís Muncunill). Nearby is the city center, where we will find the Palau Tower (12th century), the Cathedral of Tarrasa and the town hall of the city.
Almost at the end of our tour, we will also see the main theater of Tarrasa (19th century) to finally finish our trip at the Creu Gran .
