Torrelaguna is the great unknown of the Sierra Norte de Madrid , but when walking through its streets you will find a long history and an interesting heritage resulting from the splendor that the town once enjoyed. Therefore, it is BIC since 1974.
In addition, Torrelaguna has been the birthplace of great historical figures (Cardinal Cisneros, San Isidro-Santa María de la Cabeza, the poet Juan de Mena, the princess of Ascoli...) and guardian of Madrid's water. Do you want to know it in detail?
