Tour description

Kibera is one of the largest slums found in the world. A place dubbed as " Chocolate City" because most of the Kibera houses have been built with a lot of rusted iron sheets and partly mud houses not forgetting a few bricks-developed buildings.

The way of life here can be termed as "Survival for the fittest", especially in the most common places such as Gatwekera, Soweto, Mashimoni, and Undugu among other places. Walking through the District Commissioner's Office is where the Unseen Kibera slum begins. A walk through Mashimoni and Undugu must be interesting. You will meet all kinds of people and see how the common man struggles to make a living despite the situation.
Happiness can as well be depicted from most of the Kibera occupants. Here you’ll notice creativity at it’s best.

Kibera is mostly occupied by the youth and family men. You'd love to see the talented and great minds that come from Kibera and most of them love to express what they have and let people know they've got something to show the world. Book your tour today and learn some more interesting things found in Kibera. A friendly place I bet you'd love to visit. You will be excited to learn abit of history about Kibera, and experience a great interaction from the settlers in the Slum.
Welcome!
