We are a group of students from the student residence in Olympiadorf. As a resident of Olydorf, you quickly realize how unique the place and history is. And thats why we want to share our fascination and love with the world.
Tour description
With this tour we, the student association of Olympiadorf, would like to give you an overview of the history and the unique architecture of our student residence and the surrounding area.
We will talk about different topics. On this tour, you not only get to know the unique student association, but also gain insights into student life on site. You will also get an overview of the creation and concept of the facility, the park and the surrounding area, which was built in 1972 for the Olympic Games. We also talk about the first terrorist attack in Germany during the 1972 Olympic Games and will show you the sights.
1. Marienplatz of the bungalow village (centre of the village)

5. Site of the hostage-taking in 1972
6. Return to St. Mary's Square in the Bungalow Village
