Spectacular tour of Historic Madrid: the Madrid of the Austrias. The tour lasts approximately two (2) hours and 20 minutes.
We start the tour at the iconic Puerta del Sol , where we talk to you about King Carlos III, the Royal Post Office, Oso(a) y Madroño, Km Cero, etc. After a short walk, we continue towards the iconic Plaza Mayor , where you will be fascinated by all its history, then we go down Toledo Street towards Cuchilleros Street and there we stop at the oldest restaurant.
We continue climbing and the route takes us to a gastronomic icon temple: El Mercado de San Miguel , a place where you can eat the best delicacies from the entire Iberian Peninsula. The tour continues with a brief stop at the Old Queen Mother Pharmacy, full of many years of history and then we will stop at the first square in the city: Plaza de la Villa .
Continuing our tour along Calle Mayor , we will detour a little for a brief stop at the statue of the Curious Neighbor, then we arrive at the emblematic Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral , finally we will arrive at the Teatro Real , in Plaza Isabel II , very close to the starting point of the tour.
