My name is Neetu and I am a Yogini; yoga and meditation teacher, I provide walking tours at Kochi sharing knowledge on history, culture, heritage, and spirituality. Spiritual questions you may ask while walking on tour as well and For yoga or Meditation class one can ask after finishing walk tour.

2 hours session of yoga n healing meditation includes relaxation,deep knowledge of yoga, spirituality,stories from scriptures based on yoga journey and meditation questions answer session.
I m self learnt teach,my own research on yoga n spirituality will be shared with you. It's method and techniques matches with ancient scriptures written by true sages and yoga practitioner.
After class lunch will be served. If anyone need recommendation for ayurveda please discuss after class. We do music concert sometimes if interested plz discuss.
