Tour description

Welcome to Kuala Lumpur!

One of the most beautifully diversified cities in Asia. Located in Malaysia, it is home to some great history, rustic pre-war structures, and monuments that we will be having a glimpse and glance at during the tour.

On the itinerary of our walk tour, we will visit some of the main highlights of the city, such as:

  • Tugu Negara
  • Dataran Merdeka
  • River Of Life
  • Central Market
  • Chinatown

During our walk tour, I would be obliged to do the best of my ability to respond to all of your questions. It would also be my privilege to share my experience with you the various cultures, traditions, and social norms of the country as well as the hidden gems (eateries) that some locals may not even be familiar of :)

In a nutshell, our tour starts from Tugu Negara(Persiaran Sultan Salahuddin) and ends in Chinatown.

Before signing up, please note that this tour has got much to do with facts, history, and stories. If you seek for a tour that covers more stops to places of interest and more of a “Sights and Sounds” kind of tour, then this tour MAY NOT be what you are seeking.

Join me and let’s have a great time together and if possible, create fond memories in our very own little way!

A fantastic tour. This tour won’t disappoint! We had a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Ian gave us lots of historical and cultural information and was more than happy to answer questions. Even on a hot & humid day he took this into account and we enjoyed stops to look at local food/market/clothings. He also offered recommendations of other things to do/ see and places to eat during the tour. Definitely a must.Ian is very passionate with what he does. I highly recommend him!

The energy with which Ian presents his tour is infectious. His knowledge is vast and he is an excellent story teller. We liked that the tour started slightly out of the city and look forward to trying his food recommendations. We would highly recommend this tour with Ian.

Ian is simply one of the best guides I’ve ever met! He is funny, he answers every participant’s questions as a boss and introduces Kuala Lumpur thru history while engaging everyone in it. I simply recommend Ian! 🤩

Ian was fantastic! He worked really hard to get to know the group and our interests, and his genuine passion for showing us Kuala lumpur and Malaysian culture was abundantly clear! The tour is a lovely way to get your bearings and learn so many things about all things Malaysia! Thank you Ian for a wonderful morning ☺️
