Welcome to our free walking tour of SOHO, Chinatown, and Little Italy. We'll take you on a journey through some of New York City's most unique and culturally rich neighbourhoods.
Our tour begins at the iconic Dominique Ansel Bakery, where you can fuel up delicious pastries and coffee before we set off on our adventure.
As we explore the historical and artistic district of SOHO, we'll admire the stunning iron-cast architecture of the Gucci store. On the other hand, we will learn about the area's transformation from an industrial hub to a thriving fashion district.
After, we'll head to Petrosino Square Park, also known as Paparazzi Park. This park is known for its French-inspired design and vibrant atmosphere that embodies the fashionable lifestyle of New York City.
From there, we'll visit a local sculpture park where you can appreciate the area's unique artwork and creative talent. We'll also stop at the famous Ferrara Cafe in Little Italy, where you'll have the opportunity to indulge in some traditional Italian cuisine and learn about the fascinating history of the Italian mafia.
In Chinatown, we'll explore the vibrant streets and visit the Dr Sun Yat-Sen monument, which honours the life and legacy of the Chinese revolutionary leader.
We'll also stop at a local tea shop where you can taste delicious ginger tea and learn about the cultural significance of tea in Chinese tradition.
Our tour will conclude at Lin Zexu Square, where you can take in the magnificent Confucius sculpture and reflect on our incredible journey together through some of New York City's most culturally rich neighbourhoods.
