Kızılkayalar KadıköyRight after leaving the pier, we kick off with Istanbul’s most legendary late-night street food: the Islak Burger (Wet Burger). Steamed in a special tomato-garlic sauce, this garlicky, soft slider is a cult classic.

Baylan KadıköyWe step inside the oldest living patisserie in Kadıköy (since 1923). Here, I will tell you the stories of Republic-era artists and writers while we share their signature dessert, Kup Griye—an incredible blend of caramel, vanilla ice cream, and almond crunch.
