I invite you to get to know the old town of Panama, recognized as a historical heritage declared by UNESCO, my experience is based on the history and the most impressive events in the Panamanian isthmus by spending the years talking from 1519 to the present, in addition to this it is a Mixed tour between the historical and gastronomic ones inviting you to taste the authentic Panamanian food in the national markets!

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
