During this free walking tour, walkers willl explore both Swayambhunath Stupa and Chhauni Museum on foot, offering a chance to immerse in Nepal's ancient traditions, religious practices, and rich history. Swayambhunath Stupa, known as the Monkey Temple, is a revered religious site in Nepal. Situated atop a hill in Kathmandu Valley, it offers stunning views. The ancient stupa, over 2,000 years old, is adorned with Buddha's all-seeing eyes. A walk to the top reveals prayer flags, smaller stupas, and playful monkeys.

Chhauni Museum, also the Nepal Army Museum, is located nearby. Situated in the former Royal Palace complex in Chhauni, it showcases Nepal's military heritage. The museum displays a diverse collection of artifacts, weapons, uniforms, documents, and memorabilia, providing insights into the country's military history.
