Very good. All in our group have some knowledge of Irish history but still learnt and were entertained throughout. Evan was entertaining and flexible. A few unexpected things happened along the way, such as an upholsterer inviting us into his 50 year business down an old lane! An unexpected but lovely addition to an excellent tour. Don’t miss it!

Evan was full of tidbits - and a bit of blarney ☺️ - that made the tour fun and informative. Friends had told us about the “free walking tours”. We enjoyed it and highly recommend. You pay what you think the tour was worth. A great concept - with immediate feedback!

It was a very nice guy from cork, he gave us a lot of information, stories and he was very knowledgeable about the city and history. Very passionate and patient with a very annoying woman that joined and was challenging him.

We absolutely loved the tour! The tour guide was super funny and showed us all main gems of Cork, we even had a coffee break in a very good coffee shop as well. Thank you very much, we had a lot of fun and got so much interesting context about the city and history of Ireland as well!

Dairmuid provided a very well structured tour. He set the things we were about to see in a clear historical context. He was informative and entertaining while we walked from place to place. He covered the development and architecture of Cobh, its role as the point of departure for more than a million Irish during the famine, and the Titanic. He also ensured we went to the right places to take the best pictures to remember the visit. A very informative, interesting and entertaining 90 minutes.
