Amazing amazing tour by the fantastic guide Dave. He told us all about the history of Belfast, his life growing in the city, the evolution and difficulties in the last years. Loved it and I think is absolutely mandatory when visiting the city.

An unforgettable way to discover Belfast – thank you, Charlie! Yesterday we had the pleasure of joining a wonderful guided walking tour through the streets of Belfast, exploring the city’s history. It was without doubt one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of our visit. Our guide, Charlie, was absolutely outstanding: bright, engaging, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he does. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand Belfast through a historical perspective that, given the complexity of its past and present, we would never have been able to fully grasp on our own. What we particularly appreciated was Charlie’s ability to explain such a sensitive and still not entirely resolved history in a remarkably balanced and impartial way. Rather than telling us what to think, he gave us the historical context and different perspectives we needed to reflect for ourselves on what happened, why it happened, and how its legacy can still be felt today. His dedication was equally impressive. It was a rainy Sunday, and Charlie walked with us in the rain without even using an umbrella, simply so that we could hear him clearly while he was speaking. Despite his young age, his professionalism, preparation and commitment were exceptional. He gave the tour his full energy and attention and even stayed with us for an extra fifteen minutes beyond the scheduled finishing time to make sure that every question had been properly answered and nothing was left unexplained. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It offers a much deeper understanding of Belfast and its history than simply walking around the city on your own ever could. And if you have the opportunity, we would especially recommend asking for Charlie: he truly made the experience special. Charlie was incredible, he knows a lot (for his age) and he was very good at explaining it. He talks for more than 2.5h no stop in a clear and simple way. We was very lucky finding him, wish him all the best!

Barbara did an excellent job of bringing Belfast old and Belfast of today to life. Enjoyed the stories she shared about meeting President Clinton. She balanced the troubles of Belfast with the current optimism of today.

Fantast tour. Charlie was brilliant. The 2 & 1/2 hours flew by. He gave us lots of detail but made it really interesting. I rembered a lot from the news at the time of the troubles and this tour gave me a better understanding and feeling for what it was like then and now. All 6 of us came away really impressed.
