Islamabad Like a Local: Culture, Nature & Bazaar Walk
Description
Most people come to Islamabad for the postcard views. I'll take you for the parts that don't make it onto postcards.
We'll start at Faisal Mosque at the time of day when the marble turns golden. Then we'll trade the city for the Margalla Hills — pine-scented trails where the city noise disappears completely. After that, Saidpur Village, where a 500-year-old settlement still runs on stone lanes, art galleries, and chai served the same way it was a hundred years ago.
We end at the Sunday Bazaar, where Islamabad shows off its loud, colorful side — handicrafts, bargaining, and street snacks you won't find on a menu.
I'm Zain. Local. Curious. And I'd love to show you around.
