Hi! I’m Gaby, your guide in Vancouver. I moved here from Mexico eight years ago and have proudly made this city my home. I love connecting with people from around the world and sharing Vancouver beyond the typical tourist spots—its hidden corners, local stories, and everyday details. In my free time, I enjoy collecting and painting small natural treasures like stones and dried leaves, walking dogs and cats around my neighborhood, and soaking in the unique coastal climate that makes Vancouver so special. I’d be happy to show you a piece of the Vancouver I experience every day.

Tour description

Discover Gastown with me and let yourself be amazed by the vintage soul of Vancouver!

When I first arrived, I was captivated by its atmosphere: among historic buildings and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, people smile at you, approach if you're lost, and even offer to take your picture! Ready for this walk filled with history, legends, and charm?

We start at the iconic Waterfront Station, where trains, ferries, and buses intersect in a building full of style.

We will walk along Water Street until we encounter the famous steam clock, which chimes every 15 minutes amidst flashes and tourists.

Then we arrive at Maple Tree Square, where you'll learn the curious story of Gassy Jack and his whiskey.

Further on, at Victory Square, we will remember those who fell in the First World War and admire the Victorian architecture.

We will walk through Canada Place, home to cruise ships, giant sculptures, and seaplanes that soar into the sky heading to other cities.

Finally, we will stroll through Robson Square, one of the most vibrant streets in Vancouver, until we end up in front of the Art Gallery

It's a perfect tour for those who love history, local secrets, and good photography!

Will you join? This walk will leave you with a heart full of stories and a camera full of magic. Book now and walk with me!
