Natural Connection: Yoga, Hiking and Waterfall

Imagine starting your day in El Peñol, Antioquia, surrounded by mountains and fresh air, with an outdoor Hatha Yoga session. Together, we'll prepare your body, calm your mind, and connect with the energy of the place through breathing and meditation.

After practice, we'll enjoy a healthy time together with fresh fruit, water, and nutritious foods that will energize us for the next stage.

Then, we'll embark on a 30-minute hike along a friendly nature trail, perfect for immersing ourselves in the tranquility of the surroundings. The path will lead us to a beautiful waterfall, where you can refresh yourself in its crystal-clear waters and participate in a water ceremony and meditation that will revitalize your body and spirit.

I invite you to experience a day of connection, nature, and well-being in one of the most magical corners of Colombia.

I am Brayan Hincapié, born in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. I am an artist, rapper, yoga teacher, and lawyer with a deep passion for exploring new places and connecting with their souls. Music has guided me on tours throughout many regions of Colombia with a project that combines art and therapy, sharing positive and inspiring messages. For over 15 years, I have taught yoga, met people from all over the world, and created deep connections through movement, breath, and meditation. As a lawyer, I have run my own cultural organization and worked as a legal advisor on projects with government institutions, always working with young artists from disadvantaged neighborhoods. My travels have taken me to some of the most magical places in Colombia: from the bustling streets of Cartagena and the white beaches of Isla Barú to the coffee-scented hills of Salento and Pereira, the vibrant energy of Medellín, the calm waters of El Peñol and Guatapé, the lush nature of San Rafael, and the coastal wonders of Santa Marta. Now, I want to share these experiences with travelers looking for more than just sightseeing, and offer them a deeper, more spiritual perspective of Colombia: connected to its history, its natural treasures, its traditional cuisine, and even vegan options. I believe my country is filled with beauty and richness in every corner, and I want them to experience it with all their senses.
