Free tour in Tijuca Forest, caves and waterfalls!

On this tour, we will visit the main waterfalls, where we can stop to cool off and enjoy the waterfalls. We will also visit the visitor centre, where we can learn a little more about the fauna and flora, and finally, we will visit the main caves in the park.

The tour starts at the famous Taunay waterfall, then we will go to the visitor centre, then to the Cachoeira das Almas waterfall, and then we will leave to visit the Major Acher cave, the Belmiro cave and the bat cave. Afterwards, we will descend to the Cascata da Baronesa waterfall, then go down to visit the Esquilos restaurant, which has been operating since 1945, and we will end by returning to the initial meeting point at the main gate of sector A.

O tour começa na famosa cascata Taunay, depois iremos até o centro de visitantes, logo depois iremos à cachoeira das almas, logo partiremos para conhecer a gruta do Major Acher, gruta do Belmiro e a gruta dos morcegos e depois descemos para a Cascata da Baronesa, logo descemos Para conhecer o restaurante dos Esquilos que está funcionando desde 1945 e encerramos voltando para o ponto de encontro inicial no portão principal do setor A.
