Ethical Delhi Slum Tour, A Real Local Life Experience

I had a great tour in Sanjay Colony. It was easy to reach the starting point by metro and to find the guide. The tour is very interesting and the guide could explain a lot about the surroundings. I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see more than the regular highlights in the city of Delhi.

If you do one thing in Delhi, make it this. This tour brought me such a rich understanding of the Indian life and culture and it really broke down mainstream stereotypes about slums in India. The tour was very flexible, we met some local children and we allowed them to take us to some cool spots they frequent, like a place they go to learn. Also, much of the revenue goes to the people living in the slum, which makes the tour even better. Tavrej is also very charismatic and knowledgeable. I really recommend taking this tour.
