Tour description

We start off the free walking tour at one of Tulsa’s favorite parks, the Guthrie Green. In this area you find downtown’s most popular bars, restaurants and museums. We will swing up to Cain’s Ballroom to checkout the city’s greatest music venue where we will learn a bit about Tulsa’s music history. On this route we get to find and view street art that is sprinkled throughout downtown. We will stop off at one of Tulsa’s most unique attractions, The Center of the Universe. After leaving the Art District, we enter into the Oil Capital Historic District where we explore and learn about Tulsa’s architecture. We end the tour at one of Tulsa’s most important neighborhoods, Greenwood Historical District. Here we learn about the affluent African American community that was destroyed during the Tulsa Race Massacre and the modern restoration of this neighborhood.
