Tour description

Our visit will reveal to you a unique microcosm where Europeans, Berbers, Arabs, and Jews coexist. A living museum frozen in time, through narrow streets, souks, and places of worship, mosques, and synagogues. Part of the tour is dedicated to the footprint left by the Spanish in the medina, as emigrants, political refugees, and entrepreneurs, Franciscan monks, and diplomats.
During our walk, we explore the three districts of the old medina:
- Consulates and the makhzen neighborhood.
- Jewish Mellah
- Indigenous Tnaker.
We combine historical notes with legends and personal contact with the local population, in bazaars, zaouias, and monumental spaces.
