NYC in 2 Hours: The Icons Walk
The tour lasts 2 hours
Available in Hebrew
Description
Get the postcard version of New York City in one easy walk. Starting at Battery Park, with sweeping harbor views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, we'll make our way through the Financial District, stopping at the iconic Charging Bull and the Fearless Girl statue for photos. From there we walk the length of historic Wall Street, learning how a small dirt road became the center of global finance, before stopping at Trinity Church and its 18th-century graveyard, and Federal Hall, where George Washington was sworn in as America's first president. We'll pause respectfully at the 9/11 Memorial before making our way to City Hall Park and out onto the Brooklyn Bridge, walking as far as the first tower for the best skyline photo in the city. The tour covers about 2 miles at an easy, family-friendly pace, with plenty of stops for photos, stories, and questions along the way.
