Together, we will take a journey to the origins of our history through the prehistoric collections of the Museum of Civilizations in Rome. As an archaeologist, I will guide you in discovering the traces left by our ancestors: tools, artifacts, and testimonies that allow us to reconstruct their way of living, obtaining food, using environmental resources, and developing new forms of culture. But above all, we will try to look at these artifacts with different eyes, going beyond what we see in the showcases to imagine the people, activities, and stories hidden behind each object.
