• Late arrival: Head to the red carpet, we'll get you in at the next available entry.
• Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Last elevator goes up 1 hour before closing. Your ticket is valid at the time on your reservation; stay on the deck until closing.
• Rescheduling & refunds: Manage through Get Your Guide per their policy. Same-day refunds aren't available, but on-site staff can reissue your ticket for a future date.
• The Beam (Beam Combo + VIP only): Riders must be 52" (~132 cm) to ride alone, or 42-52" (~107-132 cm) with an adult. All guests need tickets. Max weight: 300 lbs (~136 kg).
• Upgrades: Add The Beam or upgrade to VIP at topoftherocknyc.com or on-site, subject to availability.
• Weather: Portions of the deck may close for safety in inclement weather. You'll be advised before entry.
