Step inside Seville's most iconic food market and cook like a local.
Start your morning at Triana Market — one of Seville's oldest and most beloved food halls — where your guide will walk you through stalls of fresh produce, local spices, and seasonal ingredients. You'll learn what's on the table before it even hits the pan.
Then head into our professional kitchen, where a professional chef leads you through a hands-on cooking class. No experience needed — just an appetite.
You'll cook (and eat) all of this:
- Salmorejo or gazpacho — Andalusia's iconic cold soup
- Spinach with chickpeas (espinacas con garbanzos) — a Seville staple; Alternatively flamenco eggs, or cod fritters or garlic prawns
- Paella valenciana, the traditional one with chicken and vegetables — cooked together, eaten together
- A light dessert: lemon sorbet with cava
Sangría is served while you cook. When you sit down to eat, two more drinks per person — wine, beer, or soft drink — are on us.
This is a hands-on, collaborative cooking experience where everyone takes part. Guided by our professional chef, you'll work together as a group, learning techniques, sharing tasks, and contributing throughout the session.
You'll leave with the recipes, practical skills you can use at home, and a deeper understanding of Andalusian culinary traditions.
Conducted in English · Market tours are included in morning sessions only · Suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Please inform us in advance so we can adapt the menu accordingly.
