Know before you go
- Brooklyn Immersive Tour will be temporarily suspended from 13 June to 19 July 2026. During this period the customers will be offered the Night Tour as an alternative.
- Download the Big Bus Tours app to access and activate your ticket, track buses in real time, and board easily using your mobile ticket.
- Downtown Loop runs 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. Uptown Loop runs 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- The Brooklyn Immersive tour operates daily (Monday–Sunday) and departs at 2:00 PM from Big Bus Tour Stop #1 (M&M's World, 7th Ave & W 48th St). The experience lasts approximately 3 hours. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to redeem your booking with a uniformed Big Bus Tours staff member, as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-seated basis.
