- IMPORTANT: passport or valid ID required for Swiss border crossing (Lugano is in Switzerland). Lugano uses Swiss francs (CHF) — most shops also accept euros.
- Meeting point: Piazza della Repubblica 5, Milan — corner with Via Turati, in front of the newsstand. Metro M3 (Yellow Line) — stop Repubblica.
- Note: the private boat is reserved for the tour group (not for individual families). In case of adverse weather, it may be replaced by public ferry service.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. The coach departs on time.
- This tour involves moderate walking on cobbled streets. Comfortable shoes recommended.
