- All visitors must bring a valid photo ID for security checks.
- Disabled visitors may receive free entry to the Vatican Museums, please inform us when booking so we can assist with arrangements.
- Entrance to the Basilica may be restricted without prior notice due to religious ceremonies.
- Entry to the Vatican Museums is strictly timed; late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded.
- Please note that on Wednesday morning the basilica will be closed due to the papal audience. If you paid for access of the basilica, we will provide you a ticket for the first time available.
- Please note that the Sistine Chapel may close without prior notice on rare occasions. Should this occur, your guide will provide a tour of other sections of the Vatican Museums.
- The Vatican enforces a dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered.
