- Cruise tickets are valid for a month & can be used anytime during operating hours, no reservation time required
- During peak season and special holidays, waits for the cruise may be longer than usual, can reach up to 2 hours.
- Outside food & drinks are not allowed on the boat
- Please provide a valid email address to receive your tickets & tour details a day before your visit
- Some exhibitions may not be on display due to being loaned to other museums
- The Museum Ticket must be used on the scheduled date
- The cruise is operated by Bateaux Parisiens from Pier 3 at Port de la Bourdonnais, near the Eiffel Tower.
- The museum is free for everyone on the first Sunday of the month
- The museum is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Tuesdays, May 1 & December 25. Last entry is at 5:15 PM; closing begins at 5:45 PM.
