❤Journey Highlights: ❤Kinkaku-ji Temple: Our adventure begins at the iconic Golden Pavilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994, celebrated for its shimmering gold-leafed Shariden Hall. ❤Kiyomizu-dera: We then proceed to one of Kyoto's most ancient temples, a national treasure and UNESCO site, renowned for the panoramic Kyoto views from the Kiyomizu Stage. ❤Ninenzaka: This traditional path to Kiyomizu-dera is a treasure trove of Japanese shops and delectable snacks, including matcha ice cream and coffee from the renowned MASUDA Tea Shop. ❤Yasaka Koshindo: Discover the internet sensation of Yasaka Koshindo, with its vibrant, multicolored balls and a palpable religious atmosphere. It's also a popular backdrop for the scenes in “Detective Conan.”
❤Uji: After our Kyoto explorations, we venture to Uji, the birthplace of matcha, where the air is perfumed with the scent of tea. Here, we'll admire the historic Uji River and Bridge, and visit one of the region's oldest shrines.
❤Byodo-in: A must-see is the Byodo-in, a World Heritage site showcasing the Phoenix Hall, an image that graces Japan's 10-yen coin and 10,000-yen note. Surrounding it is Byodo-in Omotesando, a street brimming with local delicacies.
❤End of the Day: At the conclusion of our enriching tour, you have the flexibility to disembark in Kyoto or continue your journey to Osaka.
